What to pack for a day at the Cliffs of Moher
Layers, good shoes and a little cash: our guides' packing list for the west coast.
The weather on the west coast changes fast, so the golden rule is layers. A light waterproof jacket earns its place on almost every tour, even in July.
Wear shoes you can walk in on uneven paths. The cliff path is gravel and grass, and it can be muddy after rain.
Bring some cash for lunch in Doolin and a coffee on the way. And charge your phone: you'll take more photos than you expect.
